The Asrock X670E Taichi feels great, in every way. It is the most innovatively designed motherboard on the market. It is distinguished by its “gear” in gold and silver accents. This golden figure is located on the PCIe side and moves up to the I/O shield. (Yes, we can see an integrated I/O shield!

The I/O shield has its own charm. From an aesthetic standpoint, the design at the back, which is usually considered a boring USB port offering is quite odd. Blue and gold make a great combination, while also introducing some “gear” themes. VRM stands to be business and Taichi is exactly what it looks like in its northern region.

Taichi’s motherboards have backplates that are a hallmark of premium motherboards. It gives the panel a high quality tactile feel when held in your hand. The front end is smaller for RGB fans. There is a nice backlighting and the Taichi logo is well lit in the bottom PCIe area. It is a beautiful motherboard that appeals to both gamers as well as content creators.
