Judge at ITC says Apple infringed the patents on pulse oximetry of Masimo, a medical technology company
The ITC will now decide whether to ban the import of Apple Watches equipped with blood oxygen sensors. This includes Series 6, Series 7, Series 8, and Apple Watch Ultra. The final decision won’t be made until May 10.
