Amazon will shut down its Indian food delivery service on December 29, following its May 2020 launch in Bengaluru as part of a larger restructuring.Amazon India will be closing its food delivery business by the end the year, the retailer announced on Friday. It is cutting back on a sector it entered less than three decades ago.
