According to Lerner, Lerner was not a therapist nor a doctor at FTX, but a coach. He also maintained independent doctor-patient relationships and prescribed medication for at least some of the employees.
Lerner stated that he was focused on the well-being and happiness of employees. This included their personal and professional lives. He also researched possible “dating options” in the Bahamas for employees to help them stay connected to the company. Romance in the workplace
