We haven’t heard much about the Asus Zenfone 10 so it will likely take a while. Once we have, we will add any leaks or news to this article. You’ll also find the release date and predictions for prices, as well as a wish-list of things that we want to see.

Asus Zenfone 10: Release date and Price

There is no word on when the Asus Zenfone 10 might be released. However, it will likely not happen for a while as the Zenfone 9 arrived in July 2022. The company is not quite on track with its launch. The Zenfone 8 was released in May of its year of release. Zenfone 7 was released in August.

We are unable to predict when the Asus Zenfone 10 is going to be announced, but we will guess mid-2023.

We can’t say the cost either, but for reference, the Zenfone 9 starts at $699 / £699 (about AU$1,210), so the Zenfone 10 might be similarly priced.

Asus Zenfone 10. News and leaks

We don’t know much about the Asus Zenfone 10, but we do know that there will be at least one Asus phone. It will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2The Zenfone 10 could be one of them, considering the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 was used to power the Zenfone 9.

Gen 2 will be a top-of-the-line Snapdragon chipet, at least until a Plus version launches. It’s also likely that it’ll be the best Android chipset for at most the first half of 2019.

What we want to see

Asus Zenfone 9 had a lot of room to improve, so here are the things we most want from Zenfone 10

1. More cameras

The Asus Zenfone 9 has only two rear cameras, which isn’t much by Android phone standards. For the Zenfone 10, we would like at least three rear cameras, and preferably a close-up.

It would be great if Asus could increase the shutter speed. In our Zenfone 9 review, we found that the phone took a long time to take a picture, which can cause blurry photos.

2. Lower price

The Asus Zenfone 9’s mid-range price tag is higher than that of the iPhone 5, but it’s close to the high-end. It is just slightly lower than the iPhone 6 and the Samsung Galaxy S7. Zenfone 9 comes with a 5.9-inch screen. We would like the Asus Zenfone 10 screen to be similar. We don’t want to see any changes in this aspect, but we do want it to stay the way it is.

There aren’t many phones that are compact these days, especially those with high-end specs like Zenfone 9. We’d love to see that trend continue with Zenfone 10, because there’s definitely an audience for them wherever they are.

4. Glass back

Despite the fact that it costs quite a bit more, the Zenfone 9 comes with a plastic back. This is a feature we would expect from a budget phone, despite Samsung’s attempts at making it acceptable.

We hope that the Asus Zenfone 10 will come with a glass back. It wouldn’t add much to the cost and make the phone seem more worthwhile than its higher average price.

5. Battery capacity is larger

The Zenfone 9’s 4,300mAh battery is small and reasonable, considering the screen size. Sony Xperia 5 IVAlthough slightly larger than the original, it can still hold a 5,000mAh battery.

Despite this, the Zenfone 9’s battery life is not great. We’d love to see the Zenfone 10’s life improve. If that’s true, it could be one of the most popular smartphones in the world. The best small phones.
