The codename currently assigned to the console is Leonardo projectIt was specifically designed for players with disabilities. Many of these gamers have difficulty holding a regular gaming console for long periods of time and have limited motor control. Project Leonardo is highly customizable so that players can find the right configuration for them. The main buttons are located on a circular axis. They can all be turned off to make different sizes.
The analog stick sticks out from the main circle of buttons. You can also adjust the distance between the stick and those buttons. The console can also be connected wirelessly to other Project Leonardo controllers and the standard PS5 DualSense controller, so it can be used together as one console. Project Leonardo can also be laid flat on a desk so that players don’t need to hold the console.
Project Leonardo will not only include hardware features but also software features such as customizable button mapping, the ability to store up 3 controller profiles, and the ability to store buttons.
