CES, also known simply as the Consumer Electronics Show is the biggest tech trade fair of the year. It kicks off the first week in January and sets the stage to the emerging product categories, announcements, trends and announcements we’ll see through 2023. This show will provide a preview of the latest developments in televisions. And laptops, which can be useful but also invasive, smart home gadgets.
CES 2023 runs from January 5th-8th. The news will start to get in sooner than that: Samsung, LG and Sony will launch a day of press conferences starting on January 4th. Companies will be sharing ads earlier in the week to spread their word, you can bet. It will be busy beginning of the new year.
The edge CES will also be covered in Las Vegas. You can tune in to this page for the latest news as well as video coverage of the show. After two quieter years — CES 2021 was online-only due to the pandemic, and CES 2022 saw only a quarter of the show’s usual attendance due to omicron concerns — the Consumer Technology Association, which organizes CES, expects this year’s show to be more of a return to form, with Crowded halls and more news.
