Users report that third-party apps for Twitter are having problems, TechCrunch reports

Third-party Twitter clients users are experiencing issues, including not being able to log in and access their Twitter accounts. Echofon, Tweetbot, and Twitterrific, all popular third-party Twitter apps have confirmed the issue and said that they don’t know what’s causing it.
